Our new Martial Arts
facility spans 5000 square feet providing:
- two large training rooms
- an equipment room
- a study room
- Pro shop
- a waiting area
- video production equipment for evaluation of student progress
Programs offered include:
- Martial Arts Classes: Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, and Shim Myung Do
- Tae Kwon Aerobics for Men and Women
- Weight Control
- Olympic Sparring
- Women's Self Defense
- Mom and Me (Kids 3 yrs to 5 yrs)
- After School Program (with pick up service)
- Law Enforcement
